With the multicooker, open the lid and unlock it by turning the handle to the unlock position
Take out the pot and pour in the rice, then wash and rinse it twice
Put the pot back into the cooker and add water until it reaches level 2 of white rice indicator
Add tomato in the middle, followed by beef rashes, corn kernels, green beans, mushrooms and carrots.
Season it with olive oil, salt and pepper
Close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button then select the [WHITE RICE], press [SET] to confirm and press [COOK] to start cooking.
To create the pre-mixed seasoning, take a frying pan and place it on the bottom left job on the Inductrio. Turn on the inductrio and select the bottom left hob on the cooking zone selection to switch on the cooking mode. It will automatically switch on to level 7 heating power.
Pour cooking oil into the frying pan, then shallots and garlic. Cook until its fragrant.
Add water into the pan, then add soy sauce with oyster sauce, sugar and vinegar, red pepper and green onion. Saute about 1 to 2 minutes until it simmers then press 0 to stop cooking.
Once the rice cooking is done cooking, open the cooker lid by turning the handle to the unlock position and pour in the pre-mixed seasoning into the rice and mix.
