With the lid open, turn the handle to the lock position, press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [MULTICOOK] function and press [COOK].
Add the ghee into the pot and let it heat up. Add and sauté all the spices, blended onions and garlic until fragrant.
Add all the other ingredients into the pot. Turn the handle to the unlock position, close the lid and turn the handle to the lock position. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to [STEW] function. Press [COOK] and allow to cook for about 25 to 30 minutes.
