In a separate bowl. Combine cornstarch, water, cooking cream and chicken stock then set aside.
Take a multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. Add all the ingredients into the cooker with the pre-made cream except parsley and cheese. Close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button and select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 20 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK].
Once the cooking time is finished, season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley and cheese.
