Take a multicooker, open and turn the handle to the unlock position. Pour the uncooked egg noodles into the cooker with 850 ml of water then close and lock the lid.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 15 minutes and temperature 100 degrees then press [COOK].
Once the cooking time is finished, open and unlock the lid. Drain the noodles through a strainer by taking out the inner pot. Put the pot back into the cooker. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 15 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK].
Add butter into the cooker. Add onion and stir-fry until its golden brown. Add meat and garlic, keep stirring until its lightly browned. Season with salt and pepper. Add flour and chilli powder, stir to blend.
Add the beef stock, soy sauce and cheese. Stir until the cheese has melted. Add the cooked noodles and stir until its well coated. Season with salt and pepper.
