Meatballs with Squash in a Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 Piece of Butternut Squash. Peeled, Seeded and Cubed.
  • 1 Piece of Onion, Finely Chopped.
  • 1 Tablespoon of Cornstarch
  • 1 Tablespoon of Chicken Stock
  • 400 ml of Water
  • 60 ml of Cooking Cream
  • 300 Grams of Meatballs
  • 3 Tablespoons of Parsley Leaves
  • 3 Tablespoons of Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Steps

  1. In a separate bowl. Combine cornstarch, water, cooking cream and chicken stock then set aside.
  2. Take a multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. Add all the ingredients into the cooker with the pre-made cream except parsley and cheese. Close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.
  3. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button and select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 20 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK].
  4. Once the cooking time is finished, season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley and cheese.
