Open and unlock the multicooker lid by turning the handle to the unlock position and place a trivet in the pot then add 340 ml of water into the pot.
Place the baby carrots on top of the trivet, then close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button and select the [STEAM] function. Set the cooking time for 10 minutes and temperature level 3 then press [COOK]
Once the cooking is done, turn the handle to the unlock position to open the lid.
Take out the cooked carrots and place it on a bowl. Take out the trivet and drain the water from the pot. Put the pot back into the cooker.
With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button and select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 10 minutes and temperature level 2 then press [COOK]
Add honey, butter, thyme, salt and pepper and cooked carrots into the pot and stir until it becomes slightly thick.
Once finish cooking, turn the handle to the unlock position to open the lid. Take out the carrots and place it on to a plate then pour the remaining honey butter sauce on top of the carrots and garnish with fresh thyme.
