Eggs in Purgatory

An easy and quick dish of eggs that you can enjoy for breakfast and for late-night supper.

Ingredients

  • 170 Grams of Can Crushed Tomato
  • 85 Grams of Water
  • 2 Tablespoons of Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Basil
  • 1 Tablespoon of Red Pepper, Minced
  • 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 3 Pieces of Eggs

Steps

    1. Open the Multicooker lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. Add tomato, red pepper, garlic and gently crack the eggs on top of the tomato sauce. Close and lock the lid by turning the handle to a lock position.
    2. Select the [MULTICOOK] function by using the [MENU SELECTION] button and set the cooking time for 5 minutes then press [COOK]
    3. Once finished cooking, carefully spoon the sauce and eggs into a separate bowl and garnish with cheese, olive oil and basil.
    4. Best serve with some nice crusty bread or baguette to soak up all the goodness.
