Creamy Chicken Pasta

You can whip up this creamy chicken pasta with mushrooms and plenty of cheese in less time to prepare!

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon of Butter
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic, Chopped
  • 100 Grams of Mushrooms, Sliced
  • 2 Pieces of Chicken Breasts or Thighs, Cut into 1/2″ Pieces
  • 20 Grams of Chicken Stock
  • 170 ml of Water
  • 1 Cup of Milk
  • 350 Grams of Pasta (Any type)
  • 40 Grams of Cream Cheese

Garnish

  • Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • Basil
  • Black Pepper

Steps

  1. Take a multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position
  2. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 20 minutes and heating level 3 then press [COOK]
  3. Add olive oil into the cooker then add garlic. Stir-fry until its caramelized and fragrant. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry until its brown.
  4. Next add the chicken, stock, water the cream cheese and milk. Wait until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
  5. Once the cooking time is finished, add the pasta then close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.
  6. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 10 minutes and temperature 100 degrees then press [COOK]
