Open and unlock the multicooker lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. Add chicken wings, water and a pinch of salt into the cooker then close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION button to select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 15 minutes and temperature 110 degrees then press [COOK]
Once the cooking finished, open the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. Take out the chicken wings from the cooker on a separate bowl then drain out the water by taking out the inner pot from the cooker. Put the inner pot back into the cooker.
With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 25 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK]
Add vegetable oil into the pot and fry the chicken wings until both sides become crispy. Once cooked, remove the chicken and place it back on to the bowl.
Pour the teriyaki sauce into the pot with the remaining oil used from frying the chicken. Let it simmer then put the crispy chicken back into the pot. Give it a good stir until all the chicken is well coated.
