In a separate bowl, add flour, baking powder and salt. combine and mix all together.
In another separate bowl, add butter and sugar by using an electric mixer, whip the butter and sugar until its light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. mix well until smooth.
Prepare the muffin cups with thin paper cups. By using a 75ml of ice cream scoop, spoon the batter into the muffin cups. Top with the remaining chocolate chips.
Take a multicolor, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock positions. Place a trivet into the pot. Place the muffin cups as much as you can and close and lock the lid.
Press the (MENU SELECTION) button to select the (OVEN) function.Set the cooking time for 20 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press ( COOK).
Check the muffin using a toothpick inserted in the centre of a muffin and it comes out clean. let it cool completely on a wire rack.
