These spongy Apam Ice Cream sure got everyone’s attention for its colourful signature but once you take a piece, it won’t be enough to satisfy your sweet tooth.
Add sugar, eggs with ovalette and vanilla essence into the Max Blender, using the whisk blade to whisk it until its peaked.
Take a separate bowl then mix the remaining ingredients. Before mixing with the earlier batter, separate it into 3 batches to avoid clumpy and mix it slowly and one by one.
Take 3 separate bowls, equal divide into 3 batters and mix with 1 Tablespoon of food colourings each.
Once the colour is all well mixed. Pour the mixture into a cupcake cup and moulder. Put a trivet then fit cupcakes as much as you can into the pot and close the lid. Select the [MENU SELECTION] button to [OVEN] function then turn the handle to a lock position set the cooking time for 15 minutes with temperature level 3 then press [COOK]
