A spiced comforting soupy bowl of noodles or rice vermicelli topped with chicken or beef and garnished with chilies and herbs.

Ingredients

Cooking Ingredients:

  • 5 Pieces of Shallots
  • 4 Pieces of Garlic
  • 2-Inches of Ginger
  • 2 Stalks of Lemongrass
  • 1 Piece of Sup Bunjut, Spices
  • 1 Stick of Cinnamon, Smashed
  • 1 Piece of Star Anise
  • 2 Pieces of Clove
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 500 Grams of Beef
  • 3 Cups of Water

 

Cooked Additional Ingredients:

  • Soo Hoon noodles (Rice Vermicelli)
  • Yellow Egg Noodles
  • Boiled Egg
  • Boiled Mung Bean Sproat
  • Lime, Cut into 4 Pieces
  • Fried Onion
  • Spring Onion, Chopped

Steps

  1. Add all the ingredients into the cooker and set the cooking time to 30 minutes (depends on the portions, the bigger the portion of the beef the longer the cooking time) by pressing the [MENU SELECTION] button to select [MULTICOOK] function. Close the lid then turn the handle to a lock position then press [COOK].
  2. Once the broth cooked, ready with the additional ingredients then served!
