Take a multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position
Pre-heat the cooker by pressing the [MENU SELECTION] button and select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 5 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK]
Add vegetable oil, spring onion and ginger into the cooker. Stir-fry until its fragrant for 15 seconds
Add tomato and stir-fry for 1 minute or until slightly soft.
Add beaten eggs and season it with salt. Stir-fry until eggs are cooked.
Garnish with spring onions, coriander leaves. Serve hot with chilli sauce on the side.
