Ingredients

  • 1 Piece of Salmon Fillets
  • 4 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 3 Pieces of Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 2 Pieces of Shallots, Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons of Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon of Dried Oregano
  • 1 Teaspoon of Dried Thyme

Steps

  1. Pat Dry then season the Salmon with Salt and Pepper.
  2. In a separate bowl, add tomatoes, shallots, oil, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper. Give a good stir until all the ingredients in cooperate.
  3. Take the multicooker and open the lid. Turn the handle to the unlock position. Place the salmon fillet into the cooker. Pour the mixed ingredients on top of the salmon. Close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.
  4. Select the [OVEN] function using the [MENU SELECTION] button. Set the cooking time for 10 minutes and set the temperature level 3 then press [COOK].
