Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons of Pearl Barley
  • 2 Tablespoons of Glutinous Rice
  • 2 Tablespoons of Mung Beans
  • 1/6 Teaspoon of Baking Soda
  • 2 Tablespoons of Pot Barley
  • 2 Tablespoons of Black Glutinous Rice
  • 2 Tablespoons of Romano Beans
  • 1 Litre of Water
  • 2 Tablespoons of Buckwheat
  • 2 Tablespoons of Adzuki Beans
  • 250 Grams of Purple Yam, Peeled and Washed. Cut into 1 Cm Cubes

Steps

  1. Open and unlock the multicooker lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. Place all barley, rice and beans into the pot. Place yam and baking soda on top
  2. Pour the 1 litre of water into the pot then close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.
  3. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [PORRIDGE] function then press [COOK]
  4. Once the cooking time finished, open the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. Stir all the ingredients and best serve with honey or syrup
