Ingredients

  • 250 Grams of Beef, Diced
  • 5 Cloves of Garlic
  • 4 Pieces of Shallots
  • 1 Small Piece of Onion
  • 5 Tablespoons of Blended Dried Chilli
  • 2 Tablespoons of Tamarind Paste
  • 2 Tablespoons of Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon of Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon of Cooking Oil

Steps

  1. Unlock and open the multicooker lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position.
  2. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 10 minutes and heating level 3 then press [COOK]
  3. Add cooking oil until it’s heated into the pot then add garlic, shallots and onion. Stir-fry until its fragrant.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and mix it well. Unlock the handle then close the lid and turn the handle to the lock position.
  5. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 20 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK]
