Mixed Berries Compote

A delicious, versatile fruit mixture you can enjoy for breakfast for dessert

Ingredients

  • 4 Tablespoons of Butter
  • 1/2 Cup of Raspberries
  • 1 Tablespoon of Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3 Tablespoons of Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup of Blackberries
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 3 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Cup of Blueberries

Steps

  1. Open and unlock the multicooker lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position.
  2. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button and select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 15 minutes then set the heating level 1. Press [COOK]
  3. Add butter and brown sugar into the pot and let it melt for 4 minutes.
  4. Once melted, add the raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, lemon juice, salt and balsamic into the pot and let it continue to cook for 10 minutes until the berries are beginning to burst.
  5. Once the cooking time is finished, pour all the cooked ingredients into a separate bowl and let it cool.
  6. Add your favourite ice-cream or yoghurt and enjoy.
