Blended Ingredients:

  • 3 Cloves of Red Onion
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic
  • A Stalk of Lemongrass
  • 1/2 Inch of Ginger
  • 1/2 Inch of Galangal

 

Marinated Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Kilo of Beef, Diced
  • 2 Tablespoons of Black Pepper
  • A pinch of Spice
  • 3 Tablespoons of Sweet Soy Sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons of Salted Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons of Tamarind

Steps

  1. Heat the cooker by turning the handle to a lock position with the lid still open, navigate using the [MENU SELECTION] button to select [MULTICOOK] function, set the cooking time for 20 minutes to cook the aromatics and press [COOK] to start cooking. Add the blended ingredients into the pot and stir-fry until yellow and fragrant.
  2. Turn the handle to an unlock position, this time add the marinated ingredients. Change the cooking time to 45 minutes. Close the lid and turn the handle to a lock position and finally press cook.
  3. Once cooked, best served with rice.
