Ingredients

Blended Ingredients:

  • 2-Inches of Fresh Turmeric
  • 5 Pieces of Shallots
  • 4 Cloves of Garlic
  • 2 Pieces of Onion
  • 1-Inch of Ginger
  • 3 Pieces of Bird’s Eye Chilli

 

Cooking Ingredients:

  • 2 Tablespoons of Tamarind
  • 2 Tablespoons of Cooking oil
  • 350 Grams of Chicken
  • 2 Stalks of Lemongrass

Steps

  1. Heat up the cooker with the lid still open, turn the handle to a lock position then select the [MENU SELECTION] button to [MULTICOOK] function for 15 minutes
  2. Once the pot is heated pour the cooking oil with the lemongrass and stir-fry the blended ingredients until thick and fragrant
  3. Unlock the handle to the unlock position. Add all the remaining the ingredients and set the cooking time to 20 minutes by selecting using the [MENU SELECTION] button again then close the lid by turn the handle to a lock position and press [COOK]
  4. Served.
