Tomato Beef Stew

This classic hearty beef and tomato stew is true comfort food at its finest and can easily be made with your multicooker

Ingredients

  • 400 grams of Beef, Diced
  • 1 Piece of Onion, Sliced
  • 3 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
  • 2 Pieces of Carrot, Sliced
  • 2 Pieces of Big Tomato, Sliced into 4.
  • 1/2 Cup of Water
  • Salt, to Taste
  • Black Pepper, to Taste

Steps

  1. Mix the beef with onion and soy sauce. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Open the lid and turn the handle to lock everything in position.
  3. Select [OVEN] function, set for 10 minutes, and press start to cook.
  4. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry 3 – 4 minutes.
  5. Add in carrots and tomatoes and stir-fry for 2 – 3 minutes.
  6. Add in water then turn then handle to a lock position and close the lid.
  7. Select [MULTICOOK] function, set for 30 minutes then press start.
  8. Once cooking is done, unlock the handle to unlock position and open the lid then add in a pinch for salt and black pepper.
  9. Turn the handle to unlock position and open the lid then Select [OVEN] function, set for 15 minutes, and press start.
  10. Ready to serve
