Here’s a quick and easy stir-fry with crisp tofu and broccoli tossed in a sweet and savory sauce

Ingredients
Sauce ingredients:
2 Tablespoons of Salted Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons of Sweet Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons of Vinegar
2 Tablespoons of Sesame Oil
Cooking ingredients;
300 grams of Firm Tofu, Cubed
5 Tablespoons of Canola Oil
200 Grams of Small Florets of Broccoli
1 Piece of Onion, Finely Chopped
50 grams of Unsalted Peanuts, toasted and crushed.
For the sauce. In a separate bowl, combine all the ingredients then set aside.
Take a multicooker, open and unlock the lid turn the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 30 minutes and temperature for 120 degrees then press [COOK]
Add oil into the cooker. Add the tofu and cook until its brown. Add broccoli and stir-fry until its al-dente. Add onion and garlic, stir until the onion it’s translucent. Add the sauce and stir until it well coated.
Best serve over rice vermicelli and garnish with peanuts.
