Take the bell pepper and cut the bottom but don’t overcut it. Cut it minimum as long it’s flat and able to stand on its own then take out the centre seed. Place it on a plate then set aside.
Open the multicooker lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button then select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 20 minutes and the heating level 3 then press [COOK].
First, add the onion, then the beef. Stir-fry until the onion and translucent and the beef is cooked.
Then add tomato puree, cooked rice and season it with salt and black pepper. Keep mixing until it well mixed. Take out the cooked ingredients and pour it into a bowl then set aside.
Take the bell peppers and stuffed it with the cooked ingredients then top it with cheese. Take the multicooker, put the stuffed bell pepper inside then close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button then select [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 5 minutes and heating level 3 then press [COOK].
