Ingredients

Rice Ingredients

  • 170 Grams of Rice
  • 200 Grams of Chicken
  • 300 Grams of Chicken Stock
  • 300 ml of Water
  • 1 Piece of Green Bell Pepper, Diced
  • 1 Piece of Red Bell Pepper, Diced
  • Salt to Taste

Chicken Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon of Scallion, Chopped
  • 1 Clove of Minced Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons of Soy Sayce
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Ground Sesame Seed Mix with 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons of Sesame Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon of Ground Pepper

Steps

  1. Boil the chicken on the stove.
  2. Once finished, put it on a separate bowl then tear it into pieces then season it using the chicken seasoning then set aside. Don’t throw away the chicken soup.
  3. Take an absorbent gauze, then soak it into the chicken soup to remove the oil.
  4. Take all the rice ingredients with the pre-mixed chicken ingredients and the chicken soup and pour it into the pot until it reaches level 2 porridge indicator.
  5. Close and lock the lid by turning the handle to a lock position and select [PORRIDGE] function by selecting [MENU SELECTION] button then press [COOK] to start cooking.
  6. Once cooked, mix the rice and season with salt according to your preferences.
