In a separate bowl, place the ribeye and coat the ribeye with salt, pepper and thyme.
Place meat into the cooker with onion and garlic. Close the lid and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.
Select the [MULTICOOK] function by using the [MENU SELECTION] button and set the cooking time for 40 minutes then press [COOK].
Once cooking is finished, put the meat on a separate plate and let it cool for 20 minutes.
With the lid still open, turn the handle to a lock position. Select the [MULTICOOK] function using the [MENU SELECTION] button and set the cooking time for 20 minutes then press [COOK].
To make the sauce, add flour, butter, beef stock and water into the pot without cleaning the pot from cooking the ribeye and stir until it thickens a little.
