Peanut Sauce with Fried Chicken

This Peanut sauce recipe can be used as a dipping sauce, salad dressing, for peanut noodles or with chicken satay. A sauce that can elevate your taste buds

Ingredients

Chicken Ingredients, pre-cooked:

  • 1 Piece of Chicken Breast, thinly cut and diced
  • 1 Tablespoon of Sweet Cumin
  • 1 Tablespoon of Coriander Seeds
  • Salt and Sugar to taste
  • 1 Tablespoon of Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil

 

Peanut sauce ingredients:

  • 1 Kilo of Ground Nuts, fried and blended
  • 1.5 litre of Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
  • 250 Grams of Sugar
  • Salt to Taste

 

Blended Aromatics, stir-fried:

  • 5 Pieces of Shallots
  • 4 Pieces of Garlic
  • 1/2 Inch of Ginger
  • 3 Stalks of Lemongrass
  • 2 Cups of Blended Chilli Pepper

Steps

  1. Add all the peanut sauce ingredients and the aromatics with the fried chicken into the cooker with water and stir to mix.
  2. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select [MULTICOOK] function and set the cooking time for 45 minutes and press [COOK] to start cooking.
  3. Best serve with compressed rice.
