Pea Rice

A classic rice dish that is often served during the springtime when the peas are in season.

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups of Rice, Washed
  • 1 1/2 Cups of Peas, Boiled
  • 1 Tablespoon of Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons of Salt
  • 978 ml of Water

Steps

  1. Take the multicooker, unlock and open the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position.
  2. Add all the ingredients, except the peas, into the cooker pot. Add water until Level 3 of the white rice indication.
  3. Add the peas on top, then close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position and select [GLUTINOUS RICE] then press [COOK] to start cooking.
