In a separate bowl put the chicken. Place the chicken, clean the chicken then put 2 granules of chestnuts, 2 to 3 granules of Chinese Red Date, ginseng and a portion of garlic and glutinous rice inside the chicken abdomen.
Seal the chicken by using toothpicks
Take the multicooker, open the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. Place the chicken, along with the remaining ginseng, Chinese Red Dates, Garlic, Chestnuts, Salt and Pepper into the pot. Add water until level 6 of the White Rice Indicator.
Close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position, then select the [SOUP] function by pressing the [MENU SELECTION] button, then press the [COOK] button.
