Marinate the beef in a separate bowl with paprika, salt and pepper
Open and unlock the multicooker lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 20 minutes and set the heating level 3 then press [COOK]
Add the marinated beef into the pot and start frying the beef in one later or in batches. This is to ensure the beef is perfectly seared.
Once the cooking time is finished, take the beef out then place it on a plate then set aside.
With the lid still open, ensure the handle is turned to the lock position. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 5 minutes and heating level 3 then press [COOK]
Add onion and mushroom into the pot then stir-fry until the mushroom turned to brownish colour.
Then add garlic into the pot until its fragrant.
Once the cooking time is finished. Add water, heavy cream and sour cream with black pepper and mix it until it incorporated.
Finally, add the cooked beef until it is well mixed. Add the egg noodles into the pot.
Close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 15 minutes and set the heating level 3 then press [COOK].
