Minestrone with Tomatoes, Turmeric and Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 Cloves of Garlic, Chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 2 Pieces of Onion, Chopped
  • 3 Pieces of Red Bell Peppers, Seeded and Diced
  • 250 Ml of Tomato Puree
  • 50 Grams of Tomato Cherry
  • 1 Tablespoons of Chicken Stock
  • 300 Ml of Water
  • 250 Ml of White Beans, Rinsed and Drained
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Ground Turmeric
  • 50 Grams Of Cavatelli
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Garnish

  • 170 Grams of Cooked Chicken, Shredded
  • Basil Leaves

Steps

  1. Take a multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position.
  2. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 10 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK]
  3. Add the oil. Add onion and garlic into the cooker. Let it cook until the cooking time is finished. Add all the ingredients into the cooker except the garnish. Unlock the handle then close the lid. Turn the handle to the lock position.
  4. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 10 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK].
