Mango Sticky Rice

It’s a sweet dessert from thailand served with glutinous rice & mango

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Glutinous Rice
  • 200 ml Coconut milk
  • ½ cup Sugar, add more if want sweeter
  • Pinches Salt
  • 1 Ripe Mangoes, dice diagonal
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Steps

    1. Rince the glutinous rice, add water following how many cups of rice. Select [GLUTINOUS] function by navigating using menu selection button, close the lid, turn the handle to a locked position and press cook. Automatically cook and wait for 20 minutes. Once cooked, take out the cooked rice put on a separate bowl.
    2. Select [MULTICOOK] function using menu selection button, with the lid still open, turn the handle to a locked position and press cook. Add coconut milk with sugar and salt. Saute until cooked. Take the rice and pour the coconut milk on the rice. Served with mangoes.
