Loaded Cauliflower Mash

Try this wonderful dish, Its so delicious you won’t believe it was made using cauliflower!

Ingredients

  • 300 Grams of Cauliflower
  • 2 Tablespoons of Sour Cream
  • 170 Grams of Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 170 Grams of Cream Cheese
  • 20 Grams of Butter
  • ¼ Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons of Chives, Chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 600 ml of Water

 

Garnish (Optional)

  • 170 Grams of Beef Rashes, Chopped and Cooked
  • 1 Tablespoon of Parsley

Steps

  1. Open the multicooker lid and pour 600 ml of water into the pot and place a trivet.
  2. Add cauliflower on top of the trivet and close the lid.
  3. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button and select [STEAM] function and set the cooking time for 20 minutes then press [COOK]
  4. Drain the excess water and let it uncovered for two minutes to release some moisture. You may need to squeeze a little water out of the cauliflower after cooking. Drain it well.
  5. Take a Max Blender container, set the triple-blade by pressing it onto the blender coupler. Pour all the ingredients into the container then close and lock the lid by turning it to the lock position. Place the container on the Max Blender and lock the container by turning it to the lock position.
  6. Turn the [START SWITCH] to level 1 for 30 seconds until the texture becomes mealy or floury.
  7. Move the processed cauliflower to a bowl and garnish with cheddar, beef rashes and chives.
