  • 1 Stalk of Leek, Thinly Sliced
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic, Finely Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons of Butter
  • 2 Pieces of Carrot, Cut into 2 cm thick slices
  • 400 Grams of Red Kidney Beans, Rinsed and Drained
  • 125 ml of Pearl Barley, Rinsed and Drained
  • 500 Grams of Baby Spinach
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 3 Tablespoons of Chicken Stock
  • 400 ml of Water

Steps

1.Take a multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. Add all the remaining ingredients into the cooker. Close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.

2.Press the [MENU SELECTION] button and select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 15 minutes and temperature for 120 degrees then press [COOK].
