Take a multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button and select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 10 minutes and heating level 2 then press [COOK].
Add oil, leek and garlic. Keep stirring until its fragrant and soften. Add all the remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button and select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 10 minutes and heating level 3 then press [COOK].
Once the cooking time is finished. If desired, you can adjust the seasoning by either adding more chicken stock or water for a more liquid soup.
