Take the multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 10 minutes and heating level 3 then press [COOK]
Pour the cooking oil into the pot. Add shallots, garlic, bird’s eye chilli and prawn paste. Stir-fry until its fragrant.
Next, add Kangkung into the pot then add water. Season it with salt and MSG. Stir it well until its wilt.
