Open the Multicooker lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position.
Pre-heat the cooker by selecting the [FRY] function by using the [MENU SELECTION] button and set the cooking time for 10 minutes then press [COOK]
Add butter into the pot and let it melt. Place garlic and stir-fry until it is fragrant/
Add the shrimp and cook until it has an opaque white color
Once cooked, move the shrimp on to a separate bowl. Add the hot sauce pepper, salt, cayenne, paprika, celery, ground pepper, lemon juice and red pepper flakes.
