With the lid open, turn the handle to the lock position, press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [MULTICOOK] function and press [COOK].
Pour in the oil into the pot, heat up the oil.
Pour in the blended spice paste in the pot and let it cook until fragrant.
Add the fish curry spice ix, coriander powder and the ingredients to be sautéed into the pot and let it cook until the onions are soft.
Add all the other ingredients (except the thick coconut milk). Turn the handle to the unlock position, close the lid and turn the handle to the lock position. Press [COOK]. Cook for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, unlock the handle and open the lid, add the thick coconut milk, close the lid and turn the handle to the lock position and press [COOK] and heat for 5 minutes.
