Egg Fried Rice

Just a few ingredients and packed with flavour for a quick meal.

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups of Rice
  • 2 Cups of Water
  • 1 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 1 cm of Ginger, Grated
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic. Minced
  • 1/4 of Onion
  • 1 Piece of Red Chilli
  • 2 Stalks of Spring Onion, Chopped
  • A Piece of Egg
  • 1 Teaspoon of Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon of Chicken Stock

Steps

    1. In a deep saucepan, add rice and begin to wash and rinse the rice. Place the saucepan on the hob on the top right with a direct touch sensor.
    2. Turn on the Inductrio and select the hob on the bottom left on the cooking zone selection. Then press the [MENU] button 3 times to select the [WHITE RICE] auto-cook function and press [START] to start cooking.
    3. Take a frying pan and place it on the hob on the bottom left. Select the hob on the bottom left on the cooking zone selection to switch on the cooking mode. It will automatically switch on heating level 7.
    4. Add olive oil into the pan, followed by ginger, onion, garlic and red chilli. Stir-fry until its fragrant.
    5. Add the cooked rice and the spring onion into the frying pan and begin to mix. Lower the heating power by pressing number 5.
    6. Make a reservoir in the middle of the rice, then add the egg. Mix the egg with the rice until its well mixed.
