Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients

  • 350 Grams of 2″ Cubed Raw Chicken
  • 1 Tablespoon of Ground Cumin
  • 2 Teaspoons of Salt
  • 1 1/2 Cup of Heavy Cream
  • 2 Tablespoons of Garlic, Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons of Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon of Paprika
  • 1/4 Cup of Cilantro, Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons of White Sugar
  • 2 Cus of Cooked Long Grain Rice
  • 1 Tablespoon of Ground Coriander
  • 1 Tablespoon of Garam Masala
  • 2 Cups of Can Tomato Crushed
  • 1/4 Cup of Onion, Chopped

Steps

  1. Open and unlock the multicooker lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button and select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 20 minutes and heating level 3 then press [COOK]
  2. Add chicken cube into the pot, cook until its brown. Once the chicken is cooked, remove from the heat and set aside into a separate bowl.
  3. Once the cooking time is finished, press the [MENU SELECTION] button and select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 25 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK]
  4. From the remaining oil from the chicken, add coriander, cumin, salt, paprika, masala, sugar and mix it well.
  5. Once the ingredients are mixed, pour cream into the pot and stir until you have a nice light pink colour then you add the cooked chicken.
  6. To serve, place rice into a plate and pour the chicken mixture over then garnish with chopped cilantro.
