Chicken Noodle Soup Pasta

Chicken and soup have always been a comfort food, but adding Pasta to the dish makes it a whole new level of greatness.

Ingredients

Aromatics:

  • 2 Tablespoons of Extra-Vergin Olive Oil
  • 1 Small Yellow Onion, Chopped
  • 2 Medium Carrots, Peeled and Chopped
  • 2 Stalks of Celery, Chopped
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
  • 2 Teaspoons of Dried Thyme

 

Cooking Ingredients:

  • 2 Pieces of Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • Salt to Taste
  • Black pepper for Seasoning
  • 2 Tablespoons Chicken Stock
  • 3 Cups of Water
  • 300 Grams of Uncooked and Washed Pasta
  • 4 Tablespoons Juice of Lemon
  • 2 Tablespoons o Freshly Chopped Parsley, for Garnish

Steps

  1. Heat up the cooker with the lid still open, turn the handle to a lock position then select [MULTCOOK] function using [MENU SELECTION] button and set the cooking time for 20 minutes and press [COOK].
  2. Pour all the aromatics to caramelized until its fragrant and wilt.
  3. Add the chicken and stir together with the cooked ingredients and wait until the chicken flesh is slightly white colour.
  4. Finally add all the lemon juice with salt, black pepper, chicken powder, water and uncooked washed pasta.
  5. Once the Cooking time is up, turn the handle to unlock position and close the lid. Turn the handle to a lock position, set the cooking time for 15 minutes and just press [COOK] to cook the chicken and pasta.
  6. Serve and garnish with parsley and black pepper
