Ingredients
3 Tablespoons of Honey
1 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons of Oyster Sauce
2 Tablespoons of Ginger, Grated
1 Tablespoon of Corn Starch
3 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
1 Egg White
300 Grams Boneless Chicken Breasts, Cut into Thin Strips
In a separate bowl, add honey, soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger, cornstarch, garlic and egg white. Combine it all together. Add the chicken and mix it well.
Take a multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the unlock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button and select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 15 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK].
Add peanut oil into the cooker. Add chicken strips and stir-fry until its browned. Add the vegetables, marinade, chicken stock and water. Stir-fry until the vegetables are warm and the chicken is cooked.
