Open and unlock the multicooker lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 10 minutes to heating level 3 then press [COOK]
Add olive oil into the pot, add onion and let it cook until its translucent
Once the cooking time finished, add pasta, seafood, chicken stock, water and minced garlic into the pot and stir it well. Close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 15 minutes to temperature 100 degrees then press [COOK]
Once the cooking finished, open and turn the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. Add fresh cream, cheese, salt and pepper into the pot. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 5 minutes to temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK]. Stir and let it simmer.
Once cooked, transfer to a bowl and garnish with minced parsley.
