Ingredients

  • 55 Grams of Beef Rashes, Finely Chopped
  • 400 Grams of Ground Beef
  • 2 Tablespoons of Butter
  • 1 Piece of Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 2 Pieces of Carrots, Peeled and Grated
  • 2 Stalks of Celery, Finely Chopped
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic, Finely Chopped
  • 200 ml of Water
  • 1 Tablespoon of Beef Stock
  • 60 ml of Cooking Cream
  • 60 ml of Tomato Paste

Steps

1.Take a multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position

2.Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 10 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK]

3.Add butter. Add onion, carrots, celery and garlic and let it brown. Once the cooking time is finished, Add all the ingredients into the cooker. Season with Salt and Pepper. Unlock the handle, close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.

4.Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 15 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK].

5.Best serve with spaghetti or any type of pasta.
