Beef Ginger

A tender and the juicy dish made from beef, ginger and a distinctive sweet sauce.

Ingredients

Blended Ingredients:

  • 5-Inches of Ginger
  • 3 Pieces of Shallots
  • 3 Clove Garlic

 

Cooking Ingredients:

  • 500 Grams of Beef, Diced
  • Premix water, 2 Tablespoons of Oyster sauce & 1 Tablespoon of Corn Flour, Mix with 1/2 cup of Water
  • 1 Teaspoon of Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 Big Tomato, Chopped into 4 Pieces
  • 3 Pieces of Red Chilli, Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons of Cooking Oil

Steps

  1. Heat up the cooker with the lid still open by selecting [MENU SELECTION] button to [MULTICOOK] function for 5 minutes then turn the handle to a lock position then press [COOK].
  2. Once the pot is heated, pour the cooking oil and add the blended ingredients (Garlic, ginger and shallots until thicken and fragrant)
  3. Unlock the handle by turn the handle to unlock position and add the remaining ingredients except for the tomato and set the cooking time to 15 minutes to cook the beef using [MENU SELECTION] button. Lock the handle by turn the handle to a lock position and press [COOK].
  4. Once finished, unlock he handle by turning the handle to an unlock position then set the cooking time for another 5 minutes and add the tomato then close the lid and press [COOK].
  5. Cooked and Served!
