Take a multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 5 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK].
Add oil into the cooker then adds the onion. Stir until the onion is translucent.
Add barley and carrots, close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 20 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK].
Once the cooking time is finished, open and unlock the lid then with the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 5 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK].
Add peas into the cooker and cheese. Stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
