Open the multicooker lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 15 minutes and temperature for 120 degrees then press [COOK].
Melt the butter, cream cheese and cheddar cheese by pouring it into the pot then add milk. Wait until all the ingredients are well-mixed for 14 minutes. Next, add the uncooked macaroni into the pot and mix it all together. Season it with salt and pepper.
Once the cooking time is finished, unlock the handle then close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 15 minutes and temperature for 120 degrees then press [COOK].
Once the cooking time is finished, open the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. Mix milk and flour into the pot. Add mozzarella cheese on top of the cooked ingredients. Close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button and select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 5 minutes and temperature for 120 degrees then press [COOK] to melt the cheese.
