Ingredients

  • 1 Head of Cauliflower, Remove the leaves and cut down the stem of the cauliflower so that it stands flat
  • 18 Grams of Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons of Whole-Grain Mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons of Butter, Softened
  • 1 Tablespoon of Tomato paste
  • 1 Teaspoon of Chili Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Steps

  1. In a separate bowl, combine all the ingredients. Coat the cauliflower thoroughly with the mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Take the multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. Place the cauliflower into the cooker with the stem side down.
  3. Press the [MENU SELECTION] and select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 20 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK].
