In a separate bowl, combine all the ingredients. Coat the cauliflower thoroughly with the mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
Take the multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. Place the cauliflower into the cooker with the stem side down.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] and select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 20 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK].
