Chicken and Ginger Vegetables Stir-Fry

Easy chicken stir fry recipe that’s 100% from scratch with lots of veggies and a homemade stir fry sauce that you won’t even believe you can make it at the comfort of your own home.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons of Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons of Oyster Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons of Ginger, Grated
  • 1 Tablespoon of Corn Starch
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Egg White
  • 300 Grams Boneless Chicken Breasts, Cut into Thin Strips
  • 2 Tablespoons of Peanut Oil
  • 250 Grams of Asian Vegetables
  • 2 Tablespoons of Chicken Stock
  • 85 ml of Water

Steps

  1. In a separate bowl, add honey, soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger, cornstarch, garlic and egg white. Combine it all together. Add the chicken and mix it well.
  2. Take a multicooker, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the unlock position.
  3. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button and select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 15 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK].
  4. Add peanut oil into the cooker. Add chicken strips and stir-fry until its browned. Add the vegetables, marinade, chicken stock and water. Stir-fry until the vegetables are warm and the chicken is cooked.
