Take a multicooker, open and turn the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 15 minutes and heating level 3 then press [COOK].
Sear the meat on both sides with oil in the cooker. Season it with salt and pepper then set it aside.
Add oil into the cooker if needed. Add onion, garlic and oregano. Pour water and beef stock. Add tapioca and mix it until well-corporate then lastly add the cooked meat back. Close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 15 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK].
Once the cooking time is finished, open and unlock the lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. Add the tomatoes without stirring by place it on top. Close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 5 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK]
