Open and unlock the multicooker lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. With the lid still open, turn the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [OVEN] function. Set the cooking time for 10 minutes and heating level 3 then press [COOK]
Pur the sliced beef steak into the pot. Cook and fry the beef until its brown on each side for 3 minutes.
Once it’s brown, add sugar, fish sauce, coriander, star anise, fennel, cinnamon, cloves and beef stock with water. Stir it all until it is well mixed. As the cooking time is finished, unlock the handle then close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.
Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 10 minutes and temperature 120 degrees then press [COOK]
In a separate bowl, place noodles and garnish with onions, bean sprouts and basil for servings. Squeeze lemon to taste. Once the cooking time finished, open and unlock the handle by turning the handle to the unlock position. Ladle the soup and pour it into the bowl then serve.
