Creamy Cauliflower Chowder

Ingredients

  • 90 Grams of Onion, Diced
  • 5 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 Cup of Carrots, Diced
  • 1 Whole Head of Cauliflower (Cut Into Small Florets)
  • 350 ml of Water
  • 90 Grams of Chicken Stock
  • 90 Grams of Water
  • 1 Teaspoon of Pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Dried Oregano
  • 90 Grams of Cream Cheese
  • Salt to Taste

Topping (Optional):

  • Olive Oil and Cooked Beef Rashes

Steps

  1. Unlock and open the multicooker lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. Pour 350ml of water and put a trivet into the cooker. Place the cauliflower on top of the trivet. Close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.
  2. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 15 minutes and temperature for 120 degrees then press [COOK].
  3. Once the cauliflower cooked, take out the cauliflower and place it on a separate bowl. Take out the trivet and drain the water from the pot. Put the pot back into the cooker.
  4. Using the Max Blender container, open the blender container lid by turning and take off the lid.
  5. Set the triple-blade by placing it onto the blender coupler. Pour the cooked cauliflower, onion, garlic and carrots. Close the lid and lock it by turning it to the lock position.
  6. Place the container on to the Max Blender and turn the container to the lock position until it clicks. Turn the [START SWITCH] to Level 1 and blend until the mixture is smooth.
  7. Once the mixture blended, open the multicooker lid by turning the handle to the unlock position. Take the Max Blender container and pour the blended ingredients into the cooker.
  8. Add the chicken stock, water, pepper, dried oregano, cream cheese and salt into the cooker then close and lock the lid by turning the handle to the lock position.
  9. Press the [MENU SELECTION] button to select the [MULTICOOK] function. Set the cooking time for 10 minutes and temperature for 120 degrees then press [COOK].
  10. Garnish with olive oil and beef rashes.
